The BSS platform

From defined work to evidence that it is holding.

A practical operational platform for motor factors — bringing procedures, capability, branch context and day-to-day checks into the same controlled system.

One connected model

The platform is infrastructure, not the idea.

Training does not live in one box while procedures, checks and management evidence live in four others.

The same work can have a controlled procedure, required capability, assessment evidence, manager sign-off, branch-specific differences and recurring operational checks. Keeping those relationships visible is the point.

That lets the system answer more useful questions: what is required here, who is currently capable, what changed, what still needs attention, and what evidence exists for the state being claimed?

01 / CONTROLLED WORK

Procedures & resources

Keep the current instruction visible while preserving ownership, revision and the local context that makes the work usable.

02 / CAPABILITY

Training & assessment

Build capability against defined requirements rather than treating course completion as the whole story.

03 / CONFIRMATION

Sign-off & current status

Separate evidence of learning, formal manager sign-off and present training status so that each means what it claims to mean.

04 / DAILY WORK

Operational checks

Bring checks to the point of work on phone or tablet, including recurring branch and asset tasks, issues and follow-through.

05 / LOCAL REALITY

Branch context

Let common standards coexist with real branch differences without losing who owns the variation or which version applies.

06 / EVIDENCE

Traceability & review

Keep meaningful evidence attached to the requirement, action and version it actually relates to.

Development status

The BSS platform is currently in pre-production. This page describes the operating direction, not a claim that the system is commercially released.
